HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer 100% free shipping on all orders. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.
A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately once the order is authorized and verified. It takes 1-3 days for merchants to process the order and ship it. As soon as your product is shipped, we will send you a link to track it via email.
You will receive your order in 10- 24 days from the date placed. Since we personally test out all products in our shop, including their shipping times, we do not carry any product that takes over 24 days to arrive. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays. Occasionally items may be out of stock, and sometimes, we change vendors to ensure the highest quality and responsiveness from each of our product sources.

Please note: Due to an increase in shipments during the holidays, packages may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during these times.
No refunds will be given for delayed shipping times. If you would like to cancel your order, please make sure to do so within 24 hours of purchase, for there is no guarantee it can be canceled after 24 hours.

CARRIERS
We currently ship to the USA exclusively using multiple carriers to provide the fastest and most reliable experience. All carriers provide tracking numbers that allow our customers to individually track all packages.
Please check and verify your shipment against its tracking number should you have any concerns about your item's whereabouts before contacting Explore Nomad directly.
Carriers will ship to all commercial and domestic residences, P.O boxes, APO, and FPO addresses.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Since our products come directly from the manufacturer, they may arrive separately and at different times. Depending on customs, holidays, and other delays, shipping times can vary for each individual item, so please wait the full 24 days to contact us if an item from the order has not arrived.

Returns You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return,
Your item sent was wrong and not shown on your order OR was delivered damaged.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. This will disqualify you from receiving a refund/replacement.
Please make sure you order the correct size and item that you intend to buy. We provide size charts in standard US sizes to ensure your product fits.

How to Return
Email Us at support@explorenomad.com to verify you are eligible for a return (we are not responsible for returned items that do not qualify)
Pack the item securely with original product packaging.
Include proof of purchase (invoice) or order ID number along with your name and email.
Send your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Explore Nomad is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
*Note: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Explore Nomad does not provide prepaid shipping labels.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
*If your item was lost in transit, we will replace it as soon as we are notified.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not provide returns for delayed shipping times since this is out of our control.

Do I need to register before placing an order?
No. You can place the order directly on our website without registering.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you did not pay for the order,then you can modify and reorder.
If you finish the payment for your order, you may be able to cancel or modify it within 24 hours for any reason. If your item was already shipped out, it can not be canceled or modified. If more than 24 hours, please send a request to our customer service representatives at support@explorenomad.com for assistance.
Please note: You may not cancel your order after 24 hours due to long shipping times.
If I want to change information (such as color, size, shipping address, shipping method) of a paid order, what can I do?
We can only change those information for you if the order has not shipped out. Therefore please be more careful to place the order. If there are changes, contact us via support@explorenomad.com
Please check the Size Chart on the item's product page to see the measurements. Most of our items are marked as S/M/L/XL/XXL size. Size charts are unique to the each item as Asian and European sizes may be different from the US. Refunds will not be given if you do not choose the correct size.
Make sure to go by actual measurements to choose the right size.
Once the order is placed, you will receive an email with the order information. You can also Log in to our website and track your order under 'Account> Order history" on the top right side of our website. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email with the tracking number for your package.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
