Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return,

  • Your item sent was wrong and not shown on your order OR was delivered damaged.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item needs to be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  This will disqualify you from receiving a refund/replacement.

Please make sure you order the correct size and item that you intend to buy.  We provide size charts in standard US sizes to ensure your product fits.

*If your item was lost in transit, we will replace it as soon as we are notified.

*We do NOT provide returns/refunds for orders that have already been shipped out but have not arrived yet NOR do we provide returns/refunds for orders that took longer than average (1-3 weeks) to be delivered. We are very transparent with our shipping times, and ask that you also understand that any delay with shipping partners is out of our control.

*If your item was lost in transit, we will send you a replacement, not a refund.

How to Return

  1. Email Us at to verify you are eligible for a return (we are not responsible for returned items that do not qualify)
  2. Pack the item securely with original product packaging.
  3. Include proof of purchase (invoice) or order ID number along with your name and email.
  4. Address your package to the address specified by your customer service agent.
  1. Send your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Explore Nomad is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Note: You are responsible for all return shipping costs.  Explore Nomad does not provide prepaid shipping labels.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not provide returns for delayed shipping times since this is out of our control.
