HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer 100% free shipping on all orders. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.
A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately once the order is authorized and verified. It takes 1-3 days for merchants to process the order and ship it. As soon as your product is shipped, we will send you a link to track it via email.
You will receive your order in 10- 24 days from the date placed. Since we personally test out all products in our shop, including their shipping times, we do not carry any product that takes over 24 days to arrive. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays. Occasionally items may be out of stock, and sometimes, we change vendors to ensure the highest quality and responsiveness from each of our product sources.

Please note: Due to an increase in shipments during the holidays, packages may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during these times.
No refunds will be given for delayed shipping times. If you would like to cancel your order, please make sure to do so within 24 hours of purchase, for there is no guarantee it can be canceled after 24 hours.
*If your item was lost in transit, we will replace it as soon as we are notified.
*We do NOT provide returns/refunds for orders that have already been shipped out but have not arrived yet NOR do we provide returns/refunds for orders that took longer than average (1-3 weeks) to be delivered. We are very transparent with our shipping times, and ask that you also understand that any delay with shipping partners is out of our control.

We currently ship to the USA exclusively using multiple carriers to provide the fastest and most reliable experience. All carriers provide tracking numbers that allow our customers to individually track all packages.
Please check and verify your shipment against its tracking number should you have any concerns about your item’s whereabouts before contacting Explore Nomad directly.
Carriers will ship to all commercial and domestic residences, P.O boxes, APO, and FPO addresses.
Since our products come directly from the manufacturer, they may arrive separately and at different times. Depending on customs, holidays, and other delays, shipping times can vary for each individual item, so please wait the full 24 days to contact us if an item from the order has not arrived.
